The company initially partnered locally and, last year, joined forces with GPRO, a renowned company known for its expertise in construction techniques, with a track record of 160 homes built. This led to the creation of the Franco Homes joint venture, which plans to build 150 more homes in Florida by the end of 2025—a state that annually welcomes around 360,000 new residents from various parts of the world and other U.S. states.
